There are several diving organizations that offer recreational diving training. At our center we have instructors certified by PADI, SSI and the ANMP.
If you are French and you intend to join a diving club in France, we recommend that you opt for a course from the ANMP (Association Nationale des Monitores de Plongée).
On the other hand, PADI (Professional Association of Diving Instructors) and SSI (Scuba Schools International) are two of the most popular and widespread agencies globally. Both offer high-quality training programs, with comprehensive and well-structured materials, to ensure that divers acquire adequate training.
Advance your passion for diving with our certified courses.
From Open Water Diver to Dive Master we offer a variety of training programs for all experience levels. With the support of our qualified instructors and our practical approach, you will acquire the skills and knowledge necessary to explore the depths of the sea with confidence and safety.
OPEN WATER DIVER
The PADI Open Water Diver is the first level of scuba diving certification. In this course, divers learn the basic skills for safe diving, including the use of equipment, buoyancy control techniques, and how to respectfully observe marine life.
Prerequisites
Ability to swim; minimum age 10 years; medical certificate.
Online training 6–8 h
Students study the theory online independently and at their own pace, then we will review it together and resolve any doubts.
Practical training approx. 4 days
Students develop their aquatic skills in the pool and put into practice the new techniques learned during four dives in the sea.
Depth
The maximum depth is 18 metres (15 metres for children under 15 years old).
ADVANCED OPEN WATER DIVER
The Advanced Open Water Diver course is designed for those who already have basic diving experience and wish to improve their skills, gain confidence and explore new facets of diving.
Prerequisites
Open Water Diver (or equivalent certification), minimum age 12 years and medical certificate.
Online training 3-4h
Students study deep diving, navigation and three specialties of their choice (buoyancy control, night diving, fish identification, enriched air diving, etc.).
Practical training approx. 2–3 days
The course includes 5 dives: a deep dive below 18 meters up to 30 meters, a navigation dive and three specialty dives to choose from.
Depth
Upon completion, you will be certified to dive to depths of up to 30 meters (21 meters for those under 15 years of age).
RESCUE DIVER
The RESCUE DIVER course is an invaluable course for any diver, as it teaches how to handle emergency situations underwater and on the surface. Participants learn to recognize and prevent problems before they occur, as well as assist other divers in risky situations, which greatly improves safety and confidence in diving.
Prerequisites
AOWD (or equivalent certification); complete a first aid course (EFR) within 24 months; minimum 12 years; medical certificate.
Online training 8–12 h
Students study theory online and prepare an emergency assistance plan.
Practical training 3 days
Divers develop their rescue skills through 10 exercises and 2 drills.
Depth
The Rescue Diver can dive up to 30 meters deep (21 meters for those under 15 years old).
DIVEMASTER
The PADI Divemaster course is the first professional level within the PADI system for working in the world of diving. Divers who complete this course are trained to lead guided dives, assist instructors in teaching classes, and handle complex diving situations. They must also have knowledge of first aid and CPR.
Prerequisites
Rescue Diver; complete a First Aid (EFR) course within 24 months; minimum 40 logged dives; minimum 18 years; medical certificate.
Online training 8–12 h
Interactive classes include divemaster-led programs and activities, diver safety and risk management, aquatic environment and much more.
Practical training minimum 2 weeks
Future Divemasters gain practical experience by giving dive briefings, assisting in classes and leading underwater excursions.
Students learn to anticipate and assist problems, create an Emergency Assistance Plan, and improve their navigation and problem-solving skills through hands-on workshops.
Depth
Maximum depth 40 meters.
Specialties
Enriched Air Nitrox Diving
The Nitrox course is a specialty that teaches how to dive with enriched air mixtures with a higher concentration of oxygen than normal air (21% oxygen). The main benefit of diving with Nitrox is the reduction in the amount of nitrogen absorbed by the body during the dive, which can allow for longer bottom times or shorter surface times between dives.

Deep Diving
The Deep Diving course is designed for those who wish to explore beyond the traditional limits of recreational diving, reaching depths of up to 40 meters.
During this course, divers learn how to plan and execute safe dives to greater depths, taking into account additional safety risks and procedures.
Course content: online theory + 2 immersions
Buoyancy
Buoyancy is one of the most important aspects of diving. The Buoyancy course helps divers hone their skills to have more precise and efficient control underwater.
This course is designed to improve buoyancy control to move more easily and safely while protecting the marine environment.

Navigation
The Underwater Navigation course is designed to teach the skills necessary to orient and navigate effectively underwater, whether using a compass or natural references.
The course is ideal for divers who want to improve their ability to find landmarks, return to the entry point or boat without becoming disoriented.
